When you say the connection doesn’t work, do you mean you lose the connection to the wifi or that you’re connected to that but can’t see the internet? If the latter, maybe wait 3-4 hours (as I believe Cablecom have to do something to activate the MAC address in your Horizon box, or something like that) else ring up and ask. A good clue that this is the issue would be that the “offline” text shows on your Horizon box.
