How can you use the online help Troubleshooter?
1. Click on this link. You may need to log in to MySunrise.
2. Choose your product:
If products are listed individually, click on the appropriate product.
3. Start the Troubleshooter with one click, as shown in the picture below.
4. The Troubleshooter is already doing some checks in the background.
5. In the troubleshooting process you will be asked some questions, which are shown below. Please answer the questions by clicking on the corresponding areas. You will be guided comfortably through the analysis and solution process.
Your issue could not be solved or not to your satisfaction? Please comment on our post and let us know what your concern was and what was not optimal. We will incorporate all feedback into the optimization of the analysis and solution search.
