Few days ago, I received the new Sunrise Package that includes Connect Box 3 for internet. I have at home more than 10 devices that have to be connected through WiFi to the modem (computers, phones, TV box, printer…). First 4 devices worked ok, but when I connected another computer, this one is losing the WiFi connection randomly every few minutes. I discussed with Sunrise technical support, they made some changes but the problem is not solved. Looking on the configuration of the router, I noticed that the “Maximum number of CPE” of the router is 4. This means that only 4 devices can be connected (and work properly) simultaneously to the router
“If your router is limited to a maximum of 4 CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) devices, it means you can connect up to 4 devices via Wi-Fi to that router. This limitation is based on the number of devices that can actively establish wireless connections to the router simultaneously. Typically, consumer-grade routers allow multiple Wi-Fi devices to connect, and the limit is often higher than 4, often around 20-30 devices or more.”

Contrary, Sunrise technical support said that the number of devices that can be connected to the router is not limited.
Still, I have a problem that is not solved and the only way I see it can be solved is by getting a new Connect Box with a more capable router.
Thank you!
