We`ve been having several issues with our connect box since 11th August. Prior to that the connection worked without fault straight for 2 months.
Since 11th August, we have connection problems, sometimes for one full day, internet, TV, etc. do not work due to no connection or the connection being to slow for watching TV.
We had 10+ conversations with your Technical Support, even had an engineer coming to our place. Since 11th August, there were 2 days where the connection was working stable, all other days we had issues at least 5-10 times. All apparent fixes from your Technical Support did not help.
I work from home, and need STABLE internet.
Any suggestions?
