We`ve been having several issues with our connect box ever since we switched to the fiber optic and it is definetly not what was advertised to us. There is constantly no Wifi or it is so slow that it takes forever for our TV to load or Zoom looses connectivity in the middle of the call. It does not matter whether I am close to the router ot not, and I do not need a speed test to notice things are not ok.
Sometimes most devices loose connectivity to both our 2.4 and 5 Gh networks, in the same time none of them are shown on our phone. We have 2 devices connected to each of the networks, so a total of 4, only the TV and our TV box use the same network at the same time.
There is no indication on the box that something is wrong, typically the Wifi symbol would light in green (not blinking), however I must note the router heats up constantly. We have done all the steps from restaring to reset of the router many times, but nothing seemed to help.
Any ideas?
