Hello

I have a running subscription to UPC (Happy Home Giga) including Tv. internet:

The minimum contract period ends on 22.11.2023.

I would like to switch to SUNRISE now with just Internet UP HOME XL.

What is the easiest way? I tried to do it last year and wasted a lot of time on the phone and it was not possible to do it smoothly so I have prolonged my subscription for the next year. Now if someone tells me it is easier to close the deal on UPC and open a new one on SUNRISE I am fine with that, if it is easier to migrate as well I would like to know what should be the process and how I can do it in the easiest way and when I should start to do it.

Thank You for the answer. Last year I have made 26 calls on that number. With minimum waiting time of 30′ and finally when connected the person was not able to help me.

I hope now it will be different and I will give it another try.
