Moved from Salt to Sunrise - number issue

Hello, I moved from Salt to Sunrise and moved my old number. I have a temporary number from Sunrise and today is the changeover to the old number. How do I get the correct number on my device? It still says it is the temporary number.
I have tried on/off, toggling the number on/off and even changing the number… nothing works. Using iPhone.

We see in the system that the connection and transfer of the phone number is completed. Is your request still valid?

Yes it is still valid - my phone is showing the temporary number and not the new number. When I call my number on a landline, it says that the number is not connected.

BigWood2023 In this case we recommend a call to 0800 707 707 and ask for the mobile / potting team. They will inform you further what is the cause that your number has not been connected yet.
