This is my contract:
Since April 2023 I receive bills of 39 CHF each month instead of 9 CHF which is written in the contract.
I was in touch several times with the helpline and they told me that the bill will be corrected soon. Since it did not happen I had another contact with customer care at the 15.08.2023 and I was told that UPC made a mistake and they will come back to me within 5 days and to not pay any bills till then. Unfortunately, nothing happened.
Today I received an SMS telling that my internet connection will be cut off if I don’t pay immediately the uncorrected bills.
Last time I spent several hours to reach someone in the helpline. I can’t spent another afternoon trying to reach UPC.
