How to cancel the contract from abroad?

Hi community,

I have left Switzerland for another country for a while now and I would like to cancel my phone contract.

However, there is no way I can come in contact with Sunrise for help. The 0800100600 hotline is unable to reach at all time, LiveChat is also terribly unhelpful.

Does anyone know other ways to reach them? Thank you.
