Cannot access web admin panel

Hello all,

I’ve tried to access the web admin interface of the router, using the address 192.168.1.1, and I can see the administration page, but when I enter the password printed in the bottom of the router, I get a password incorrect error. I’ve tried resetting the router using the bottom in the back, pressing it for 10 seconds. Still, I can access the wi-fi network using that password, but I cannot access the admin interface.

Any ideas, please? I cannot change any settings in the router currently :-(
