As a long time customer throughout your corporate evolution - hispeed, cablecom, upc - I have enjoyed uninterrupted access to my mails using my XXX@hispeed.ch address (among others) even as the company organisation has changed.
You have recently persuaded me to take out a new subscription under the Sunrise system and I am concerned that I will still have access to this address and all the stored folders which accompany it.
Can you please confirm that this is the case?
