I have been talking to Sunrise support for 3 days. The issue is I have sunrise internet box Fiber with 2 connect pods.
1st connect pod connect with the internet box with the LAN-cable. It is located close to the internet box. The led light is on with no blinking nor slow pulsing.
2nd connect pod is plug in on the corridor. It has slow pulsing (based on your instruction, it is trying to establish a connection to my network.
I loaded Sunrise Smart Wi-Fi App. after I received the log in code from My Sunrise application.
I received the error code as shown in attach document: An error occurred. Please contact us at 0800 707 707 to sign up for Sunrise.
I can not set up my connect pod and the internet is very bad in our apartment. Could you please lookinto with your team and let me know. It has been 3 days. I have talked to many people the same procedures they asked me to do. nothing new and it is no improvement.
