Hi, I called 0800900210 about 2 weeks ago to cancel my UPC subscription. Today, I received a letter acknowledging the cancellation (which is totally fine) and informing me that I will be switched to Sunrise, which is not fine, since this is never and not what I want (I already signed up with another provider).
I called 0800900210 and was told I am not really subscribed to Sunrise. I would be grateful for any insight or advice here. Do I simply wait for a surprise bill from Sunrise before calling 0800900210 again? :/
