Hey Sunrise community,
I’m currently on a 4 month project away from Switzerland at the moment. I’m on the Mobile start young plan currently and would like to switch to a prepaid plan, while keeping the same phone number. I’ve called the main Sunrise hotline twice so far, and been giving two (differing) responses to this query:
I was told to call 0800 100 600, as this department could handle it. I called multiple times and the call was responded to by a voicemail telling me that it was not possible to connect the call from the present number
I was told that I would have to go in person to a Sunrise shop. As I’m currently out of the country this is not an option.
Another option would be to change to another provider’s prepaid plan and keep my number. But I don’t want to abandon my beloved Sunrise after more than 10 years!
