I ordered Up Mobile L through ALAO in 19th August, anticipating to recieve a call or reply that I can choose eSIM or number selection.
Instead, the number was choosen automatically and the device was presetted without any confirmation to the device I DO NOT OWN. Also the Switzerland address was mandatory, so I had to submit the univ address instead.
Please confirm my order status and help me with following;
Does the order was rightfully done?
Will I have a chance to change my numbers?
(I will arrive in Switzerland in 24th August, in Zurich airport)
Will it be possible to recieve the eSIM at the airport SUNRISE store?
