Keithus due to the shape of our apartment some areas have very poor wifi so I set up an access point. However when I measure the speed of the ethernet port I get just well below 100 Mbps at access point wall port and also direct from CB2 router. I need advice!
pato Keithus Do you everywhere use a 8 wire Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable? 100 Mbps typically means that there is somewhere a 4 wire cable in the path.
Sunrise_Team I’m sorry to hear that. Have you ever tried a WIFI amplifier? We have Sunrise pods that plug into the <plug-in> socket and connect to the main router. At best, that would be a solution to your problem. Greetings Jessica
Keithus Hi pato You were spot on, we had to change the cabling and ports to support 1000 Mbps and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks
