Hi… we have a connect box 2 and connect pod…
Over the past month, we have been facing the situation where the WiFi disappears. We can not see the WiFi network name on phones, laptops, desktop, and other devices connected via the WiFi go off line. We also have a hardwire system in our home running from the connect box and devices which are connected by cable, TV, Sonos etc. remain online, which suggests that the issue is with the WiFi signal.
To remedy the situation we must reboot the connect box via the Upc Connect App. Currently we need to make this reboot on a daily basis which I assume is not the way we should be running the system…. 🙃
Any ideas what the problem could be and how we can overcome this?
