In addition to packing boxes and cleaning the apartment, you want to make sure you can enjoy your Sunrise products (TV/internet) in your new apartment from day one.

How to take your subscriptions with you
- You will need to access My Sunrise (you can go there directly by clicking the link above), then select Report a Move.
- It will take approximately 5 min in 5 steps to complete the whole process. You can check out our video to see for yourself how easy it is.
- First you need to type in your new address. You can start with either your street name, ZIP code or city. It will show a list where you can select the right address.
- After this, you need to select the activation date from the calendar. Remember that they will deactivate the services on the same day in your previous house. So, make sure you choose the date of your actual move. - In the third step we will tell you whether your products are available at your new location. Additionally, depending on your address, we will ask for further information (like your OTO ID). However, you can provide this also at a later stage, so don’t worry if you don’t have the information ready.l
- After, Sunrise offers additional assistance to help to set up the connections. It is an optional service, so if you don’t need assistance, you can move on to the next step.
- In the final step, you will find a summary of all the data you provided. Check if everything is correct and submit the order.
After you place your order, you will receive an email with all the information. Also, you can track the status of your process online.
