Hello.
In May 2022 I permanently left Switzerland to live and work in another country.
At the time I went to throw all the resident documentation down, at the Gemeinde Schübelbach, they told me that everything would be taken care of and all the services I had, insurance, etc. would be finished from that day on. I didn’t worry anymore.
It turns out that now I received a debt from Sunrise to pay of 5000EUR (Approx 4900CHF), an astronomical amount and I don’t understand why. I try to contact Sunrise and they refuse to give me past invoices. In the customer area I cannot access anything else and no one helps me. The truth is that my cell phone number was deactivated days after I left Switzerland, which once again made me understand that what they told me at the Gemeinde Schübelbach was correct and that all the contracts had been cancelled.
The company INTRUM that has been contacting me to pay that value, they also say that the values are not related to the month of May onwards ( since i left swizerland), but values of the previous year (2021), of 7 months of delay, which does not it makes sense because if that were the case, I wouldn’t have internet and a cell phone until the last day I lived in Switzerland AND I always paid all the bills.
Right now I don’t know what to do, I can’t find an email to contact Sunrise, the customer support doesn’t help me, the customer area won’t let me consult anything, and Intrum says I have to check this with Sunrise.
What to do?
