I have resigned my products by Sunrise at the end of March 2023, because I moved to another country. I also don’t have anymore my bank account from Postfinance that I used to pay my bills. I did pay my final bill for Sunrise in April, I think. But now I got a notification in the Postfinance app (which I hadn’t uninstalled yet) saying that I have received an e-bill from Sunrise (for 1.4 CHF). However, because I don’t have any account anymore by Postfinance, I cannot open the e-bill to see additional details, like reference number and what is it for. Hence, I’m not able to pay the bill. I would like to pay the bill (if it’s a justified bill) so that there wouldn’t be any additional costs or other problems due to unpaid bills. I also cannot log in to sunrise-portal because I’m not a customer anymore. My customer number was 6524017438.
