Dear Sirs,

I have Phone Super which includes international calls to some countries (see screenshot attached). I have been billed for international calls to those inclusive countries.

Nobody replied to my contact form. Deadline to pay the bill is closing in.

How do I get an updated and accurate bill that does not charge me for international calls included in phone super?

I’m very sorry for my late reply! The fastest way to solve your problem is to call our helpdesk at 0800 66 88 66. My colleagues will then quickly check your bill.
