Due to problems with wifi I ordered a connect pod which was supposed to be free (Ionly ordered 1). On our current bill ( paid today) there is a chf 5.- monthly charge for the connect pod. I’ve tried contacting UPC but was not able to speak with a human. I also tried calling the helpline to no avail. Can anyone explain why there is a charge when I was told 1 connect pod was supposed to be free of charge? Also, how does one get a refund for the bills already paid? This is very frustrating.
