Can't install the Connect Pods

I have received 2 Connect Pods with my Up Internet XL modem. However, the installation seems impossible:
1. I can’t log in to the “Sunrise smart WIFI” app. Every password I generate (tried it like 100x now) is dismissed as invalid
2. I did also try to connect them with the Plume app. But the app fails to finde the pods on bluetooth.

When I plug the pods into a power outlet they boot up and show a pulsating led, and I have left them conncected via Lan for extended times. But nothing happens.

Any help?

The activation of your product is not yet completed in the system. Please wait until you have been informed via e-mail or SMS that your products are now installed. Test it again afterwards.

Hi Daniele
Thanks for your answer. Just to be sure: I hadreceived a confirmation that my product is activated on July 24th. The internet is also working since then. Is it really true that the Pods are activated seperately? This is mentioned nowhere and sounds quite implausible… Even if it were true, how many weeks are we expected to wait still?
Unfortunately, the internet without the pods is pretty usless: wifi range is barely enough for one room…
