My Connect Box has stopped offering a 2.4GHz wifi network. 5GHz works fine, but no 2.4GHz networks are visible, either to devices or to a wifi scanner app.
I’ve tried every combination of mode and channel settings I could think of; nothing works. I also tried giving the networks different SSIDs. I see the 5GHz network but not the 2.4GHz network.
The wifi icon in front of the router is blinking red.
Yes, I’ve tried turning it off and on again.
At this point I’m suspecting a hardware failure. Is there anything else I could try, or do I need a new Connect Box?
