The Spotify app cannot be installed on the Sunrise TV box. When and if it will be available we don’t know yet.
I guess the picture you posted shows all the devices you can forward the music to for streaming. The Sunrise TV box says that you have to install the app first so that you can forward the stream to that device, which you can’t do, as the app is not disponible.
