You are looking for information how to proceed if you have no reception or no data connection in the roaming area? Then you are right here.
1. Click on this link, which leads to MySunrise and lists all mobile devices for which we have instructions.
2. Consult the following entries in the guides and compare them with the settings on your mobile:
- Enable/disable data roaming
- Manual network selection
- Enable WIFI Calling (please disable WIFI Calling here)
- Enable VoLTE (please disable VoLTE here)
3. If you still have no network, check the MySunrise settings with another cell phone which has internet access. Click here and log in to MySunrise.
4. Now click on this link (product overview). Then select your mobile subscription (click on Details).
5. Click on Settings and then on the edit pen under Blockings.
6. The blocking you can see in the picture below must not be activated.
7. Back on the overview page, click on the next edit pen at Roaming settings.
Now check the settings in the image and remove any blockings that are not desired. In our example it looks like this:
8. Close the current window again and click on the next edit pen under Monthly limit. If you have entered 0.- CHF here, no more costs can arise in the roaming area. In any case, you should have reception and be logged into a network, even if CHF 0.- is set here.
