I was for several years a loyal Sunrise customer, but I had to move to a foreign country last year due to my job and had to cancel my Sunrise internet/TV service. I had cancelled everything and returned the hardware. Now I get an email from the collection agency (“Inkassobüro”) that there is an open cost still open and it’s an incredibly high cost that I was not made aware of! I tried to get help from Sunrise but unfortunately they are not very cooperative to find a solution. I don’t know who else to contact from Sunrise, every departement I talked to just kept referring me until I got a telephone number that does not even work. Can anyone help me to get in touch with the right person/departement?
