Yeah,so lets begin.I have contacted Sunrise hotline and 1 lady said that it is no problem to change my router for a newer one.After waiting over 1 week i have contacted them again to ask ,are they send me a connect box 3 already or not?So,i have spoken of course with some one else today,they asked the same questions 3 times ,they have switched me 3 times over other consultants and at the end they said thay can not change my connect box 2 for a connect box 3 without a reason.It is the same bad support like were with UPC.They have not understand that when i have a PC and laptop with WIFI 6,i lose my connection speed because my connect box has only WIFI 5 build in,and it is not a reason for a change request.I have read a lot of articles about this.If i will get WIFI 6 router my internet speed will increase about 20-40%.And i don’t have place to put cables arround my home to get full bandwith speed.What can i do now?Why if you are alrady a customer somewhere they treat you like ……..?
