Hi, I ordered a Sunrise Postpaid sim card on 02/07/2023. I have a couple of grievances. First, I am subleasing a room so my name is not on the letter box. There is no way for me to mention my renter’s name in the billing and delivery address. Due to this, I haven’t received my sim card yet. I arrived here a couple of weeks back and I need a Swiss Simcard for a number of services. Sunrise website says that the sim card gets delivered in a couple of business days but I have not received it yet. I even called customer service to mention my renter’s name on the delivery address yet I haven’t received my sim card. The status on my product shows that my sim card is already active and has been delivered! But I haven’t received it. Moreover, I have already received the bill before receiving the sim! Additionally, it is so difficult to get support from sunrise. They have no email and no staff member is available to chat. I don’t have a roaming on my sim card so I can’t even contact customer service frequently. At least have an email! I urgently need Twint and mobile banking services both of which need a swiss sim card. All in all, this is pretty dissatisfactory.
