Hello. I made an order to buy a prepaid esim for CHF 19.90.
But when I press order now, put in my credit card information and press pay, my money has been deducted from my bank balance but the webpage said “ERROR” and could not continue.
Now I have nothing to do. Will the order be placed? Or if there is something error and I have to order again, will the payment be refunded?
Could any staff help me? Thank you!
