I asked on phone already from 2 days to disable ipv4 but when I’m checking the router configuration is still show me ipv6 enable.

Legrand unfortunately it works only in ipv4. Is it possible to deactive ipv6 on my account *****?

I’m sorry but all the time when I click on ipv6 I still see that is enableb. Also now it’s really strange.

Hi Daniele,

the problem is that Legrand is not working if the router has active ipv4 and ipv6. They told to ask sunrise to disable ipv6. We already tested at home with Swisscom and the Legrand Solution is working as expected.

They cannot change their system to work only in ipv4 even if the router can give both.

I dont know if you have done something but finally Legrand is working as expeteced also on Sunrise.
