I have internet via the Horizon HD Recroder (DUO bundle)
it’s always been that internet comes and goes for no reason. but now it has become intolerable.
it is almost never on. Turning the box on and off would restore it for a bit and then it’s gone again.
contacting technical support via online form proved impossible. the “send” button doesnt even work on the form!
anyone successfully dealt with this problem? or is it easier just to quit UPC Cablecom?
