I cancelled my UPC subscription earlier on this year as I left Switzerland at the end of April. I called up for instructions in March and gave my notice and returned all of the equipment in time.
On the cancellation phone call I asked what I needed to do with the 3-in-1 Kabelanschluss bill that I had recieved for April 2023 and June 2023. I was told I only had to part of that to cover April 2023 and I had two options, to pay part of the bill or pay the full bill and get a refund afterwards.
After asking for the price I paid the partial amount on time, expecting that would close off the request. I have subsequently been sent two reminders, one in April and another in May which shows the partial amount I paid but still asking for the remainder balance plus charges for the reminder letter. I received these letters later because I had left the country and it’s taken a while for it to arrive in the UK where I am now.
How do I resolve this - please advise?
