Connect Box 3 HFC

our Samsung phones refuse to connect to main Wifi, but connect without problem to Wifi-guests.
Restarted phone, ConnecBox 3, rested, did EVERYTHING.
Still, it connect to wifi_guest, but refuses to connect to main Wifi
Please help.
