Nahemz Hello, I am already connected in the new address with the new connect box - I don’t understand what is the hold up here ? I have also requested the move in June 1st and received an email saying it was successfully completed.
Daniele_Sunrise Nahemz The order has now been completed. However, I see that we are expecting a return. It concerns the Connect Box 1. Since you now have Fibre, a bridge mode is not possible. This is only possible via HFC (cable modems). Greetings Daniele
Daniele_Sunrise Nahemz The alternative would be to change the technology from Fibre to HFC, which can be requested through the support 0800 707 707. The maximum speed with HFC is currently 1gbit down and 100mbit up. Another possibility would be to use the DMZ mode on your modem and connect your own router over it. Greetings Daniele
