UPC disconected few minutes ago our internet connection, first I was thinking router is defect. But thanks that we have a second provider (Swisscom) I logged in to MyUPC and what I see that our Internet connection is deactivated, for the last bill, we are in payment delay of 8 days (27.4.2016), so I tried to call they support nummber, surprise nobody in office (funny Swisscom support is working) So to ask them to reactivate our account.
But nobody works today by UPC.
Now this shows how bad this company, not enough that they internet connections speed is changing every day, they have a worst support ever.
Good that tomorrow is working day, so I can ask them to reactivate the account or I will cancel the contract.
