Hi, I contacted support. They decided to send a new modem. I received the modem early last week. Plugged it in instead of the original one. Problem not solved, it keeps doing the same thing. Internet works, then flashing red light, internet does not work for 5-10 minutes, then internet back on for whatever amount of time, it can be 30 minutes, it can be 5 and it’s back to flashing red light. Can we get a technician now? This first month I’m paying for a non functioning internet which does not allow me to work from home, hopefully it won’t be two because either it gets fixed or it gets cancelled.
