Dear IT Team,

There is probrably a bug in your Front-End Code, the Signature pad after pressing the “Send” button, it throws an error in the console and just displays a blank screen. (Web & App)

I hope you can fix this asap, so my Clients can Sign the contracts online.

Can you give us more information please like which app it is about, what exactly you do how and when exactly in which step the error appears?

Also, have you tested it with other computers, phones or browsers? Do you have security software active on your devices?

Same problem here - entering a signature works fine (pending order #O093800512), but “Send” ends up in a blank page without any impact on the order. Tried already on notebook with touchscreen, on tablet, on smartphone and on different browsers - no success at all. So my order stays pending…

Can you please tell us what you did exactly (steps) until the blank confirmation page is displayed?

looks like we are your beta tester 😞.

For better understanding see the attached screenshots

And after step 3 a blank page appears. But step 1 looks the same, also after next login or in the next days. Therefore the signpad doesn’t seem to work.

I have forwarded the possible error internally to the developers with the request to reproduce it. As soon as I get a feedback, I will get back to you.
