Hi guys, Supportline doesn’t wanted to help me for a long time ago, i have an internet which goes up to 250MB’s, but my WLAN is very slow.

With cable the internet is stable and very good funny wise, so i receive well enough that connection, but sadly im using WIFI.

I live near the train station in Winterthur. I have an old Horizon Box, and i personally think it sucks.

My question is: - The WLAN Modem / Connect box, will fix my issue?

Hi @xaxoo1337, welcome to the community,

It is very common that the WLAN connection is very slow, specially with an old Horizon Box. You can modify some options on The Horizon Box, but the WLAN speed would not increase a lot. But, you can try.

If anything change, the best option is to order the Connect Box.
