I have had an on/off discussion with customer care for more than 6 months about the quality of the internet signal provided. Signal drops out or extreme high latency periodically often once per hour. Notable while I run VPN connection to external servers, and the VPN connection drops out constantly. Customer care claims that they can see anything. Therefore, I have had a pingplotter running for 48 hours now - and the result is shocking - cf. below which only covers the last 6 hours. Who at UPC can do something about the poor quality and lag of consistency of the signal?
