I have an Apple watch 3 (Cellular + GPS) paired with my iPhone 13. I ordered We Connect watch and received a new eSIM with a new Sunrise number that seems to be active (image 1, don’t ask me why there is a Nokia device listed). Note that on my iPhone 13 I use a different mobile number because the watch will be for my sun to use.
For unknown reasons I now can’t use the eSIM for my Apple watch. The option seems not available (image 2).
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Tech support from Sunrise could not help me so far…
