I have an issue with TV at home. I have been charged for the past 3 months without being able to watch the channels on my TV. I was requested by Sunrise to add on my TV the Sunrise App which I have never been able to install on the TV. Since February 2023 all channels have been deactivated and it is very frustrating to have to pay for something I am not using. I would like to ask you to send me urgently a new box at home so that I don’t have to use the TV app. Thank you for your quick follow-up.
I have had several phone call with sunrise without having found a solution other then asking me to found a solution to upload the Sunrise TV app which I cannot do!
