I have bad connection at home since my google wifi, or any other wifi mesh range extender for that matter, won’t work with my internet box since I cannot enable Bridge mode. I’m getting really frustrated with Sunrise and I really regret subscribing with you, I had two other providers in the same home and never had any problem.
Before you say it, no, I will not buy a subscription to Sunrise Smart Wi-Fi Pods since for me this is a predatory behaviour forcing the client to go for a mandatory subscription, without giving even the possibility to buy the system, and forcing to put in the garbage the existing system he has.
I already asked several times on the phone and in other discussions, now I’m trying again with a dedicated discussion on this: can you please tell me what other modems are compatible in addition to my sunrise internet box so I can substitute it and finally have something that works properly?
