Hello, I have been switched from We Home (Sunrise Internet Box) to Up Home (Sunrise Connect Box 5G Nokia) for quite a while, I found the Up Home using 5G signal is extremely unstable, see how many disconnections I had in the past day!
With old internet box I have a DSL connection, but it’s actully fast and stable (300+ Mbps downlink and 100+ Mbps uplink), lentency is also good;
With the new Nokia Internet Box 5G, I can get a speed like (400+ downlink and 50+ uplink), but with current network quality, it’s almost unusable.
Is there a solution? I understand wireless cannot be as stable as a wireline, but I don’t have fiber yet, in worst case is it possible to have the DSL connection back?
