Thank you. I checked this site and yes, It does say I can get Sunrise and can get:
"Copper connection with max. 375 Mbit/s download and 80 Mbit/s upload
Fiber optic and/or coaxial connection: Sateldranse SA (net+) with 1000 Mbit/s download and 1000 Mbit/s upload"
but, still this is the only plug they have at the apartment (the one in the picture). Does this mean I need to book an installation person to get the right fibre etc connection up to our apartment? As clearly this is not the plug that is capable for fibre, for example.
