I got solved \o/
It was a building level issue, so my non-professional suggestion for the next person with this error is to call the hotline, they can check the connectivity of the building/tenant and engage the technicians (the real heroes) who will go on site and fix what needs to be fixed.
PS: someone else called in before me and basically while I was having a call with the hotline a person was already here fixing it, I just didn’t know that 🙂
