skwalsh I’m trying to find out what the payment will be once my contract runs out and possibly cancel. When I go through the chat it tells me I have to call. When I call and select the number 1-4 for the language option it says it can’t understand my selection. This happens with German and English and with the UPC and the Sunrise number.

skwalsh Thank you, I’ve called a few times but it’s not working. It says to choose a number 1-4 to select a language . When i do this it says it doesn’t recognise the selection. I’ve tried selecting 1 for German and 4 for English and I get the same result.

skwalsh Thanks for your help Daniele, I managed to get through but there’s something not working correctly with that number. Also the agent I contacted told me I should have called a different number. Just FYI. I am sorted now and thanks again
