Ok i will call again, yesterday i was 1h on the phone and nothing. Im having this issue more than 6 months now 🙁

same issue with my ps5. please help asap.

I have exactly the same issue. PS5 loses connectivity shortly after startup on UPC/Sunrise. It is rather frustrating requiring several restarts of the PS5 to re establish the connectivity. Any help would be much appreciated!

darrellr We have made the switch to IPv4, which will be completed in a few minutes. Can you please test it again afterwards?
