Maybe I am just unlucky. What is your experience with Sunrise Support?
- Super long waiting on a call to speak with the consultant.
- The chatbot is absolutely useless waste of time. Ask obvious questions, engage me in pointless activities, and never offers a helpful solution. Is it just to slow down customers, because the Sunrise call center is inefficient? As a customer, I do not want a chatbot, why do you force me to use it?
- There is an option “arrange a call back” – there is no free slot.
- Finally, when I was lucky enough to speak with a consultant, he offers obvious solutions. Next, he manipulated my Sunrise box, so I was not able to connect to WiFi anymore. And the consultant disconnected the call, so I need to reset the Sunrise box again. And call the helpline again, and wait super long again.
- There is a help menu in the bottom right corner, stating “Your opinion is very important to us”. The link is broken and takes me to the main page. Sad joke.
