Cannot find La7 in Basic TV list

I have a cable connection and I have configured a network channel search on my TV following the guide https://www.upc.ch/en/support/setup-id/ and entering the correct settings.

The first time I tried to search the channel was over a year ago, I tried several time after that until today, but I have never been able to find the Italian Tv channel “La7”, which should be part of the Basic TV list.

The channel La7 is not in the basic offer of the cable connection in German-speaking Switzerland. The channel is in the basic offer with the UPC or Sunrise TV Box.
